How To Make Teleconferencing Work

Anyone who works at an office has been there at some point. The awkward teleconference meeting. Some of them are simply a waste of time. It is important to remember that the phrase time is money has never been more important than during a teleconference meeting. The people sitting at your table are all being paid for their time. This means that if seven employees are sitting at the table for only one hour, you are paying seven hourly salaries for one meeting (not to mention the people on the other side of the line.) You have to make sure the time is well spent. There are two things you should remember to do before you start the meeting:

Most of the work is done prior to the meeting. If you prepare well enough, the meeting will go smoothly and you’ll save your company a lot of money. Good luck!
