VoIP Systems Prepare for next Step
The VoIP industry has emerged as the big winner of telecommunication industry, after what appeared to be a long battle over users in the new digital era of communication. It may be a bit too soon to call this battle as over but the operators of VoIP systems are already looking forward to the next phase of the VoIP revolution. What exactly is the next phase you ask?
Well, it seems that after the business office communication market, VoIP is becoming popular in portable communication. This means that as more companies offer VoIP telephones, companies are able to use the benefits of VoIP everywhere, and not only in the office. Last year, over two billion (that’s right, Billion) text messages were sent over VoIP systems. This means that a lot of people saved money by using the free services of the VoIp systems. And so, looking forward, it seems only natural, that as more employees are using their blackberrys and iPhones to do work from various locations, VoIP will become a major player in the cellular business market as well. Try to spot out this trend at you office and see if your office had even made the switch to VoIP yet. If not, make sure you don’t get left behind and switch soon.
