An Office Phone System Everyone Can Understand
The most important things for an office phone system is a good clear audio, both incoming and out-going, and an easy to learn system. We can not dedicate days on end explaining the intricacies of an office phone system to each and every employee we have. Instead, it is important that the system in place feels somewhat intuitive for our coworkers and employees, even those occasionally perplexed by the advances of technology.

Most employees asked to use these phone services are fairly surprised by how easy they are to learn. I once worked at a company when they switched from a very complicated internally designed phone system to a much more streamlined VoIP phone system. I was shocked at how easy checking my voice mail had become over night. I was also easily able to better serve bosses as a phone liaison and as a general assistant. It was as if the phone system was there to shave minutes off of my job.
